My research investigates how people understand, interact with, and maintain trust in AI-assisted systems — with a focus on aviation where errors have irreversible consequences.

$2M+ GrantLeading end-to-end UX research developing XR and AI-enabled systems for aircraft maintenance and air traffic control. Work includes SME interviews, mixed-methods experiments, usability testing, and cognitive load assessment.
